At PDSA Pet Store, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a size or style isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags still attached, into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
